Sunrise Beach yoga is great for sending your mind into vacation mode when you get to the beach, or just to stay in shape while on vacation. You don’t even need equipment, music, or workout clothes. Grab your bikini, sunscreen, and a towel. Then, find some flat, packed sand, even rocks or a boardwalk and start to salute the sun with 3 beach yoga flows!
Your body can actually absorb oxygen easier thanks to the negative ions that are present in the ocean air. These negative ions can also help naturally boost your serotonin, which can help you feel more relaxed and happier during your yoga session. As an added bonus, salt also has antibacterial properties.
Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. And, if you’re going through an illness, recovering from surgery or living with a chronic condition, yoga can become an integral part of your treatment and potentially hasten healing.
