Spring Roll Recipe
- 1 cup Cabbage sliced
- 1 cup capsicum sliced
- 1 cup Carrot sliced
- 1 cup Chicken boiled & shredded
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder As required
- Salt As required
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes As required
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Oregano Leaves
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Roll Patti As required
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and fry for few seconds.
- Now add all vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, carrot and chicken and saute them
- Now add black pepper, red chilli flakes, onion, salt, oregano, soya sauce and mix them very well.
- Now take roll patti and put your required mixture on the patti.
- Close it in roll style with egg and fry until color gets golden brown.
- Spring rolls are ready to serve you can serve with tomato ketchup or chilli garlic sauce.
