Easy Roast Chicken Drumsticks Recipe. This recipe is very easy and simple to make. Very less ingredients we used in this recipe. Everyone will love these drumsticks ,good for kids lunch boxes and also a perfect meal for dinner. Try these tender and juicy roasted chicken drumstick with ketchup and mint yogurt sauce.
- 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder or to taste
- 1 tsp Salt or as required
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tikka Masala easily available in bazar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Take a big bowl and add yogurt ,salt, red chilli powder and tikka masala and mix well.
- Now add chicken drumsticks in this mixture and leave them for 1 to 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
- Now add one by one marinated chicken drumstick in this oil.
- Fry them on low flame until drumsticks cooked properly.
- Remove the drumsticks to a plate and sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice.
- Serve them with ketchup, chilli sauce or any kind of sauce.
