Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Chicken
- 1 Cup oil
- 1/4 Kg Yogurt
- 7 to 8 Green Chilli
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 Tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 Tbsp Nigella seeds
- 6 Whole Red Chilli
- Salt To taste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
Instructions
- Fry onion in oil till light brown and then add chicken and fry for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Now add ginger garlic paste turmeric and tomatoes and cover with led and cook for 5 to 7 minutes..
- Now grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds in powder form and mix with some salt and tamarind paste...
- Fill this mixture in green chillies..
- After 5 minutes check the chicken and add salt whole red pepper and red chilli powder and yogurt and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat..
- Then add filled green chillies and cover the led...
- Simmer for 5 minutes..
- Achar ghost is ready...
