Fry onion in oil till light brown and then add chicken and fry for 2 to 3 minutes..
Now add ginger garlic paste turmeric and tomatoes and cover with led and cook for 5 to 7 minutes..
Now grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds in powder form and mix with some salt and tamarind paste...
Fill this mixture in green chillies..
After 5 minutes check the chicken and add salt whole red pepper and red chilli powder and yogurt and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat..
Then add filled green chillies and cover the led...
Simmer for 5 minutes..
Achar ghost is ready...
