- 4 slices Bread
- 1 cup Chicken boneless and roughly sliced
- 1 cup green capsicum diced
- 2 onion diced
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Tomato Ketchup or Chilli Garlic Sauce or as required
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Tikka Masala
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese or as required
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes optional
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- Take a bowl marinate chicken with red chilli powder, tikka masala, yogurt and salt..
- Heat the oil in a pan and add chicken mixture and fry for 4 to 7 minutes ..
- Now take one by one bread slices spread tomato ketchup and sprinkle chicken pieces, capsicum, onion and tomato and then grated cheese...
- Grease the pan on very slow heat and place bread slice and cover with lid and wait until cheese will melt... Sprinkle red chilli flakes...
- Pizza toast is ready..
