Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Chicken boneless and roughly sliced
  • 1 cup green capsicum diced
  • 2 onion diced
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Tomato Ketchup or Chilli Garlic Sauce or as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Tikka Masala
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese or as required
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt

Method
 

  1. Take a bowl marinate chicken with red chilli powder, tikka masala, yogurt and salt..
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add chicken mixture and fry for 4 to 7 minutes ..
  3. Now take one by one bread slices spread tomato ketchup and sprinkle chicken pieces, capsicum, onion and tomato and then grated cheese...
  4. Grease the pan on very slow heat and place bread slice and cover with lid and wait until cheese will melt... Sprinkle red chilli flakes...
  5. Pizza toast is ready..
