CHICKEN AND EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE
chicken and egg fried rice is a chinese main dish.. its good for lunch and dinner.. its a super delicious dish which every one love to eat.. this fried rice is also perfect to serve with any type of gravy.. its healty due to ingredients like vegetables and chicken...
- 4 cups rice boiled
- 1 cup Chicken boneless and boiled
- half cup Peas boiled
- 3 eggs
- 1 green capsicum
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp Salt or as required
- 1 tsp Black Pepper or as required
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 Carrot
- cut capsicum and carrot into julienne..
- cut boiled chicken into small pieces..
- add 2 tbsp oil in the pan.. and fry eggs in this oil..
- cut fry eggs into small pieces..
- then add 2 tbsp oil in the pot.. Add chicken and vegetables (boiled peas, capsicum, carrot) and fry them ..
- now add boiled rice..
- add salt, black pepper and soya sauce..
- add fried eggs and mix it.. and cover it with lid on low heat for 15 minutes..
- after 15 minutes chicken and egg fried rice are done.. serve them hot...
