- cut capsicum and carrot into julienne..
- cut boiled chicken into small pieces..
- add 2 tbsp oil in the pan.. and fry eggs in this oil..
- cut fry eggs into small pieces..
- then add 2 tbsp oil in the pot.. Add chicken and vegetables (boiled peas, capsicum, carrot) and fry them ..
- now add boiled rice..
- add salt, black pepper and soya sauce..
- add fried eggs and mix it.. and cover it with lid on low heat for 15 minutes..
- after 15 minutes chicken and egg fried rice are done.. serve them hot...
