Fear is a physical state in your body that is exactly the same as excitement. Fear and excitement are the exact same physical state. Your heart races, you might sweat a little bit, you might feel tightening in your chest, you might feel a pit in your stomach, you have a surge of cortisol. It’s basically the way that your body goes into a hyper-aware state because it’s readying for action.
Difference Between Fear And Excitement.
The only difference between fear and excitement is what your brain is doing as your body is all agitated. If you are excited, your brain’s going: oh wow, this is gonna be so cool to ride this roller coaster. But if you are afraid, your brain’s going: oh no way, there is no way I’m doing that, this is dangerous, get out of there, don’t do that.

What we don’t realize is that we are so scared of facing our fears that we don’t even know if our fears worth being scared of. We often amplify how we think, something is going to be scary or how we believe something is going to be scary. But, then we actually do the event we realize it was not worth being fearful of. This is what blocks us. When we are scared of something, we usually hide it. We bury it. We run away with it. Not realizing that we run away with it and when we run away with fear, we carry it with us.
Fear is so real, In fact, there are probably that you are afraid of right now in your life, in your relationships, at work. And the fact you are afraid that’s robbing you of all the experiences that you want to have in your life. If you are afraid of public speaking that’s gonna really limit your ability to express yourself and share your ideas.
Research Your Fears!

When we get closer to our fear, when we face it and understand it, we get the opportunity to master our fear rather than let fear be our master. The only thing that lets us overcome our fear is action. At first, the action feels scary, but then we realize that important truth, we have to step into our fears, deeply. Know them almost intimately. Just like if you are playing someone in a sport. You have to know the athlete or the team’s strengths and weaknesses in the same way you need to deeply research your fears.
When does it scare you the most?
When does it scare them most and when does it have its weaknesses? Inaction increases fear. Action amplifies courage. And the crazy thing is that all of these fears, they transform into our limits. All of a sudden there are barriers and borders that we can’t feel that we can break down anymore. Fear is a prison that you think is protecting you. Imagine you were placed in prison but they told you it was for your own protection and you believed them. That’s what fear is. When in reality it is just holding you back.
Don’t Avoid Your Fears
Don’t avoid your fears, don’t try and run away from them. Go deeper with them. Make your fears your focus and break through them. We amplify the smallest things and paralyze ourselves by over-analyzing them. One thing that is said passively in the conversation become our active obsession for the rest of the day and the rest of the week. We let one word, one statement, one conversation becomes our distraction for 7 days.

Fear can mean two things; first, forget everything and run or face everything and rise.
Zig Ziglar
We overthink which forces us to overlook which makes us over-promise and over-compensate when all we needed to do was understand. Stop giving energy to your average thoughts. We reap what we repeat, this is how thoughts work. If you have a thought you recognize if you reinforce it then you will repeat it. That is true for both positive and negative thoughts. Whatever you recognize and reinforce, you will repeat.
Fear Minimize Our Confidence!

We lack confidence when we see validation from others. If you are always wishing, wanting people to like you then you will always be wishing to want and waiting to be confident. Instead of asking others, “how do I look in this?”. Ask yourself: “How do I look in this?”. Define yourself what is important to you, what you value, what you believe is the definition of your happiness and success.
No amount of compliments matters if you don’t compliment yourself.
When you only feel pretty when someone says it, your beauty is dependant on them. When you only feel smart when someone says it, your intelligence is dependant on them. Your creativity is dependant on them. When you only feel successful when someone sees it, your success is dependant on them. When you are looking to be validated by others, you are living according to their values, not yours. Which means you become what you think they value as a success.
Be Fearless And Conquer Your Goals

Being fearless does not mean that you never get scared or you never have a moment of doubt or you never have that moment where you feel weak. It means having all of those experiences and still trying to work through them. There is no one on this planet who is never scared, who never feels doubt. But the people who look up to and aspire to be like are the ones who still stepped forward.
