Your words, mixed with your beliefs, blend to become your reality. What you speak over your life is what your life will become. If you are always talking about how you are stuck? where you are? how you can’t find a way to get out of the situation you are in? How you never get any luck, how you will never be wealthy? Well, you are right.

Optimistic Words.

You will never have those things if that’s what you say and that’s what you believe. If you don’t believe it, you won’t even try to get it. Instead of saying: I don’t know how to do it? Say: I am committed to learning how to do it. Don’t say that I always procrastinate and never get anything done, say: I am going to find something that matters to me more than anything, and then I am going to get the job done! Instead of saying that I am a failure, say: I have failed, I have learned the lesson and when I become a huge success that failure is going to make for one hell of a story.

Your Words Become Your Actions.

Don’t say that my best days are behind but say that my best is yet to come! Instead of believing others are born lucky or with special gifts. Know that you are capable of anything. Know that you can study and commit to learning from great people. Believe that you can become a great person in your own light. Every day look at yourself in the mirror and say, I am a great person. I am a kind and strong person, capable of anything, growing each day. Assure yourself that you are committed, determined, have no limits. You have good health and the body of your choice. I do observe abundance, more than worthy. I can make a huge difference in other’s life.

Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habbits, Your habbits become your values, Your values become your destiny.

Mohammad Ali (boxer) said he would be the greatest and he becomes the greatest. He has no doubts in his mind. That is the same level of certainty you should speak about your dreams. I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am wise. Opportunities are everywhere. Money flows with ease. Joy is everywhere.

I am attracting such amazing people in my life. So, I am blessed, surrounded by blessings, more than enough, full of energy, strong, fit, and such a positive influence I have. I have amazing friends, abundance, my income is constantly growing, my health, my self are going stronger and fitter. My relationship is getting stronger every day. More love and joy every day.

Today when people are looking on Instagram, Facebook, and youtube, all we are looking at how many followers they have, how many likes they get. And it’s like that starts destroying us inside. Envy, jealousy, ego, greed. All the mental health research today suggests that things like isolation, overexposure we now have more pain consumption in one day. That’s huge, ridiculous to think that in one day because of the media, news and social media. We consume more negative than we consume in a lifetime.

Stick and stones, may break your bones but your words can shatter the dreams of your and of others too. Your beliefs, thoughts, and words will determine your destiny. Whatever you believe is your limit.

Daily affirmations are helpful because they reprogram your mind, your thoughts, and your beliefs. Some of the most successful people on earth practice daily affirmations. If you are doing it consistently, every single morning, you will begin to develop new beliefs and your life will start to change. If it’s not natural at first if you feel like the words are not believable, stick with it. The goal is to feel as though as already have the things you want. As you speak the words, feel as though you are already that person. Whatever words work for you. Write them down, your own affirmation, and read them every day. That’s the key, repetition, and feeling the words. If they get old freshen them up to something more powerful and meaningful.

The greatest power is self-control. To be able to train the mind and energy to focus it exactly where you want it and when you want it to be. You are completely detached and undeterred from external ups and downs. You are able to navigate anything that seems tough, challenging, fun, excitement with the same amount of being equipoised, balance and equanimity without being too excited in pleasure or being too depressed in pain. Usually, people see detachment as being away from everything. Actually the greatest detachment is being close to everything and not letting it consume and own you. Knowing how to navigate every situation is really a great strength and power.

Train Yourself To Be Positive.

The mindset is completely trainable to bring in the real world rather than saying that I am just going to have a really simple life, just nothing special in life. It allows you to bring clarity and perspective when you need it though you know when you can take a bird’s eye view from something. You know when you need to get close to something when you need to pull back from something. How many people do we know that have had fame and then that fame has ruined them?

To be able to have enough clarity to purify yourself to those things is going to alleviate the biggest anxieties nad depression of our time and mental health problems. For me, being able to have time, energy and clarity to focus on self-purification is the best thing in life.
