Aloo Bukhara Chutney Recipe (Plum Sauce).. A very famous and traditional recipe.. Easy to make and very delicious..
- 1/4 kg Aloo bukhara( Dried Plum)
- 1/4 kg sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 5 to 10 almonds
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- On slow flame boil Aloo bukhara in 1 cup water until soft..
- Then add sugar, salt, red chilli powder and cook or few minutes..
- Now add vinegar and almonds and serve it..
- Aloo bukhara chutney is ready..
