  • 1/4 kg Aloo bukhara( Dried Plum)
  • 1/4 kg sugar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 5 to 10 almonds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste


  • On slow flame boil Aloo bukhara in 1 cup water until soft..
  • Then add sugar, salt, red chilli powder and cook or few minutes..
  • Now add vinegar and almonds and serve it..
  • Aloo bukhara chutney is ready..
