Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Aloo bukhara( Dried Plum)
  • 1/4 kg sugar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 5 to 10 almonds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. On slow flame boil Aloo bukhara in 1 cup water until soft..
  2. Then add sugar, salt, red chilli powder and cook or few minutes..
  3. Now add vinegar and almonds and serve it..
  4. Aloo bukhara chutney is ready..
