SPICY CHICKPEAS RECIPE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chickpeas boiled
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Method
 

  1. add oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds..
  2. then add salt and red chilli powder..
  3. now add tomato and stir some water into the mixture to get a thick gravy..
  4. now add chickpeas into the gravy and mix well..
  5. finally add onion and lemon juice stir until onions become soft..
  6. garnish with chilli or coriander leaves..
  7. spicy chickpeas are ready..
