- add oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds..
- then add salt and red chilli powder..
- now add tomato and stir some water into the mixture to get a thick gravy..
- now add chickpeas into the gravy and mix well..
- finally add onion and lemon juice stir until onions become soft..
- garnish with chilli or coriander leaves..
- spicy chickpeas are ready..
