Pour oil in a deep pan.. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds and add chicken pieces..
Fry chicken pieces until light brown then add onion, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric.. Let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes..
Then cook well on high flame.. Add green chilli , cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it..
Cover the pan and leave for 5 minutes on slow flame..
After 5 minutes Chicken karahi is ready ..Garnish it with ginger, green chilli and coriander leaveas..
