Vegetable Diet Soup.. A very simple and healthy recipe.. If u want to loss your weight in healthy way its perfect meal because its very low in fat and calories but very high in flavor and taste .. U can add some seasonal vegetable and also the other one u like most.. If u like u can add 1 tbsp lemon juice and soya sauce in this soup... If you’re looking for something quick and healthy in Winter then this recipe will be a great choice..

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Cabbage sliced
  • 1/2 cup green capsicum sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot small cubes
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt or as required
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper or as u like
  • 3 cups chicken stock or as required
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp Olive oil i a big pot on medium heat..
  2. Add sliced Onion and Garlic and saute them..
  3. Then add Peas and Carrot and saute until slightly softened..
  4. Now add Cabbage , Green Capsicum and Tomato..
  5. Pour Chicken Stock in Vegetables..
  6. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat..
  7. Now add spring onion , salt and pepper and simmer 5 to 10 minutes...
  8. Taste it and adjust seasoning if required...
  9. Vegetable Diet Soup is ready... Serve hot and enjoy it..
