Method
- Heat 1 Tbsp Olive oil i a big pot on medium heat..
- Add sliced Onion and Garlic and saute them..
- Then add Peas and Carrot and saute until slightly softened..
- Now add Cabbage , Green Capsicum and Tomato..
- Pour Chicken Stock in Vegetables..
- Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat..
- Now add spring onion , salt and pepper and simmer 5 to 10 minutes...
- Taste it and adjust seasoning if required...
- Vegetable Diet Soup is ready... Serve hot and enjoy it..
