Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Tamarind
  • 1/4 kg sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon seeds
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. In a pan add tamarind and 1 glass water and cook it..
  2. When tamarind will be soft then remove all seeds..
  3. Then add sugar, cardamon seeds and salt and cook for few minutes..
  4. Imli ki meethi chutney is ready...
