Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cabbage sliced
  • 1 cup capsicum sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken boiled & shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder As required
  • Salt As required
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes As required
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oregano Leaves
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Roll Patti As required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and fry for few seconds.
  • Now add all vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, carrot and chicken and saute them
  • Now add black pepper, red chilli flakes, onion, salt, oregano, soya sauce and mix them very well.
  • Now take roll patti and put your required mixture on the patti.
  • Close it in roll style with egg and fry until color gets golden brown.
  • Spring rolls are ready to serve you can serve with tomato ketchup or chilli garlic sauce.
