- 1 cup Cabbage sliced
- 1 cup capsicum sliced
- 1 cup Carrot sliced
- 1 cup Chicken boiled & shredded
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder As required
- Salt As required
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes As required
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Oregano Leaves
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Roll Patti As required
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and fry for few seconds.
Now add all vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, carrot and chicken and saute them
Now add black pepper, red chilli flakes, onion, salt, oregano, soya sauce and mix them very well.
Now take roll patti and put your required mixture on the patti.
Close it in roll style with egg and fry until color gets golden brown.
Spring rolls are ready to serve you can serve with tomato ketchup or chilli garlic sauce.
