Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 1 Cup oil
  • 1/4 Kg Yogurt
  • 7 to 8 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Nigella seeds
  • 6 Whole Red Chilli
  • Salt To taste
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp red chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Fry onion in oil till light brown and then add chicken and fry for 2 to 3 minutes..
  • Now add ginger garlic paste turmeric and tomatoes and cover with led and cook for 5 to 7 minutes..
  • Now grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds in powder form and mix with some salt and tamarind paste...
  • Fill this mixture in green chillies..
  • After 5 minutes check the chicken and add salt whole red pepper and red chilli powder and yogurt and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat..
  • Then add filled green chillies and cover the led...
  • Simmer for 5 minutes..
  • Achar ghost is ready...
