Staying fit in this modern world where you can easily fall into the temptation to fast foods, junk foods, and street food. People aim for a fit and healthy body but they cannot sacrifice on their favorite foods. Exercise and physical activity can help your body to burn fat and calories and if you compromise on your exercise, you compromise on your body to burn fat, and as a result your fitness. Who does not want to stay fit, but not everyone follows and aligns with strict rules of exercise and a diet with controlled food portions. Many physical fitness trainees lose their motivation during workouts. The sudden break of the streak of daily exercise breaks because you no longer have the motivation to continue your physical journey.

Whether your goal is to lose weight or gain weight or maintain or build biceps and a six-pack, the following fitness tips will help you. What are the tips that you should follow to have a fit and healthy physique?

Increase the workout time gradually:

It’s hard to follow the gym and to work out for one hour daily, as it will cause pain in our muscles, you will be lethargic and ultimately you will give up. Also, your body is not used to exercise so you can’t fit into a new and entirely changed schedule.

If you are just starting, taking the physical fitness session for the first time, don’t overburden yourself. Having a workout for a longer session can compromise your routine, and you may burn out. As you are just starting, the physical trainers recommend a 10-minute workout so that it’s easier for you to easily follow the routine. After training in a few ways, you can increase the duration of your workout by extending it to 45 minutes and then 1-hour and increasing the workout time gradually so that you can stay motivated to continue a regular workout session.

Eat the meal in different portions:

Have you ever noticed how bodybuilders have strong biceps? The reason is that they burn more calories and eat healthy meals recommended by their nutritionist. It’s better to eat the meal in six smaller portions rather than three big meals. It’s easier for the body to digest the food in a smaller portion. It burdens the stomach with heavy and proteinous meals. The fitness trainee eats a calculated amount of calories and burns calories by doing a regular workout. To improve the fitness of your body, eat green vegetables like spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, and green beans to get in shape as they keep the body in shape by cleaning the stomach.

Besides these, avoid eating junk food, and sugary food doesn’t matter how much you are craving it as it can ruin all your fitness, and all your work out will go in vain.

Find other partners in the journey to stay motivated:

Motivation is one thing that keeps you ignited, but discipline throughout the journey is what counts and it can make a visible difference in your fitness. So if you are doing the fitness exercises alone, find other people who are already doing it for a certain time. The other fitness trainee friends can help you stay motivated as starting something in the group improves the overall productivity of all friends. It can also make you accountable for whatever you are doing. They can get motivation and moral support whenever they feel low and unmotivated, other members of the group push them to do the task. You can also set rewards after achieving a certain goal. Group goals for each other will help you make you more disciplined and committed to your goals.

Consistency is more important in physical fitness:

Most fitness trainees like the motivation, and they give up when they don’t notice any progress in their body fitness. You cannot expect overnight success after a few trials. It is all about consistency. Also, your body in the initial phase is just getting aligned to a new routine, so stick to it, leaving it in the middle will be just like building a brick house with no base.

It is better to do a 45-minute daily workout instead of a two-hour workout every weekend. Remember, nothing can be built overnight, whether it’s money or fitness. Everything requires time, dedication, and discipline. It’s hard to work out daily in the gym; you have good days, bad days, sometimes emotional or mental disturbance, but as long as you stay committed, it will be rewarding, and you will stay fit as long as you are taking regular workout sessions.

Hydrate your body to stay fit:

Hydration is very important while exercising. The American Council has recommended following basic guidelines for fitness trainees.

Drink 17 to 20 ounces of water for 2 to 3 hours before you start exercising.

Before you start exercising or during your warm-up, drrink 8 ounces of water for 20 to 30 minutes.

Drink 7 to 10 ounces of water every 10 to 20 minutes during exercise.

Drink 8 ounces of water no more than 30 minutes after you exercise.

Conclusion:

Making your body fit requires a lot of hard work and consistency. Of course, it’s not easy to change your physique and remove stubborn fats from your body. It requires patience, consistency, and hope. So as long as you are committed to it, this fitness challenge will bring you the ultimate reward for you.  Once you have done freaking hard work of achieving a healthy and fit body, burning your days and nights and practicing hard and playing with the equipment, and lifting heavy weights, it will all be worth it.

The person who can control his/her diet can control everything. Make it your motto for your daily exercise and control your eating habits.  If you have any cravings for your favorite foods, then set one cheat day to eat all your favorite foods.
