1. Celery

Flax seed is an excellent source of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, which are essential building blocks for sex hormones. In addition, flax contains testosterone which can help boost your libido.
3. Ginger
If you want to arouse your senses, try making a homemade salad dressing that contains ginger. Ginger can increase blood flow and improve circulation, which may help to bring more blood flow to the genitals, increasing sexual desire.
Sexy Salad Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup sliced carrot
- 4 small cherry tomatoes
Directions: Mix together spinach and lettuce. Sprinkle onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes evenly on top. Serve chilled.
Dressing:

- 2 Tbs rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 3 Tbs water
- 1 tsp honey

Directions: Mix together garlic, ginger, oil, honey, and flax. Add in liquid ingredients water, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix until a smooth liquid and top on salad. If you desire a thinner dressing, add water as desired.
